We’re looking for talented Registered Massage Therapists to join our dynamic team in the stunning Canadian Rockies!
About Us: Cedar + Sage Co. is a holistic day spa nestled in the heart of Banff. We’re expanding and seeking passionate, motivated therapists eager to embrace an active and fulfi lling lifestyle. Our services include a range of therapeutic massages, acupuncture, energy healing, infrared saunas, and yoga & meditation events, all designed to promote overall wellness and relaxation.
The Role: As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments, focusing on soft tissue and joint care. You’ll guide clients through the treatment process, outlining procedures, risks, and benefi ts, while ensuring they feel relaxed and rejuvenated. You’ll also maintain a clean and organized workspace by changing linens, replenishing supplies, and keeping the treatment rooms in top condition.
What We’re Looking For:
● NHPC, MTAA, or RMTA registration
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Compassionate with a strong commitment to customer care
Flexible Hours:
● Full-time or part-time positions available with flexible scheduling to fi t your lifestyle.
Compensation & Benefits:
● $55/hour + tips
● 60% service discount on in-house healthcare, 30% for family members
● Annual longevity bonus of $500
● Regular wage reviews with potential increases
