Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our growing
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques
and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our space offers a relaxing
atmosphere focused on addressing chronic pain and conditions and we are looking for
someone who shares our commitment to helping clients feel their best. As a Massage
Therapist, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide therapeutic
treatments, helping client achieve relaxation, stress relief and improved well-being.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and
preferences.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports,
and therapeutic massages.
• Maintain accurate records / SOAP notes of client treatments and progress while
ensuring confidentiality.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up
treatments as necessary.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after
treatments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any
concerns they may have.
• Punctual, Reliable and good team player & be in good standing with their
association.

Experience
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus to enhance communication with clients
regarding their health conditions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for
clients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand
their needs.
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required, along with
valid state licensure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Must be registered and in good standing with an association (such as CRMTA,
NHPC, MTAA and CMOTTA).
• Cannot be blacklisted with any direct billing portal.

Flexible Hours: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Competitive commission: $63 / Hour.
