Celebrating Pride Month in Edmonton and Calgary
In honour of Pride Month, our Giving Clinics are raising money for the Pride Centre of Edmonton on June 11 and Calgary Outlink on June 17. Book a massage on either date and your fee will support LGBTQ+ spaces and services in Alberta.
Calgary Outlink is Calgary’s centre for gender and sexual diversity. They offer support, resources, and programs for LGBTQ+ community members and their allies. Their services include peer support groups, mentorship programs, and a wide range of community events. They also maintain an extensive online resource library.
The Pride Centre of Edmonton traces its roots back to 1971 when it was founded as the Edmonton branch of the history-making group Gay Alliance Toward Equality. It’s evolved over the years but remains a pillar of Edmonton’s LGBTQ+ scene—a place where people of all genders and sexual orientations feel safe, connected, and supported.
