This includes exercise progression and when to incorporate stretching, strengthening, movement exploration, and balance.
Learning outcomes:
- Differentiate between common grades of soft-tissue injuries and identify appropriate management strategies based on tissue healing stage and injury severity
- Learn how to develop recommendations for activity modification, exercise progression, and return to activity/full function
- Learn how to apply clinical reasoning to identify when stretching, strengthening, movement exploration, and balance training are appropriate throughout the rehabilitation process
